Experience! My first travel experience with turned out to be extremely disappointing. The service provided by was far below expectations. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Driver's Unprofessional Behaviour and Double Standards We requested the driver to wait for just 10 minutes at ISBT Kashmere Gate, as we were concerned that we might arrive late. The driver bluntly refused and disconnected the call. However, we reached the boarding point before the scheduled departure time, yet the driver himself arrived 30 minutes late. This clearly reflects double standards and a lack of professionalism. 2. Extremely Uncomfortable Seating Arrangement The seating arrangement was poorly designed and made the journey extremely uncomfortable. Seats 7 and 8: Although these were recliner seats, there was a wall directly behind them, making it impossible to recline properly. Seats 5 and 6: When these seats were reclined, they pressed against the knees of the passengers sitting in seats 7 and 8, causing significant discomfort and frustration. Such poor seat design is unacceptable for a long-distance journey, especially when passengers expect basic comfort after paying for their tickets. Final Verdict: This was my first experience travelling through, and unfortunately, it has left a very negative impression on me. The driver's behaviour, lack of punctuality, and uncomfortable seating made the entire journey frustrating. After this experience, I am seriously disappointed with both and. I would not choose this travel agency again, and I would hesitate to book another trip through this app. I expect to take this complaint seriously and address these issues so that other passengers do not have to go through the same experience.
