I cut ticket but the bus was late without any information. Service is low and late with customers. I cut AC bus but I had to come by non-AC. Everything was different from the details before cutting the ticket. I travel a lot but this is the first time I have received this type of service. It is too bad for me to travel today.

So uncomfortable seat, way too small and it gives a bad posture sitting position. I had a lot of back pain. Very disappointed with the type of seat.

Missed the bus due to ignorance of staff. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude while talking over the phone.

Worst experience ever. The seats are not good. We even can’t lie on the seat. All are broken. AC is not working properly even though the price is similar to another AC bus. I don’t know why the owner does not take care of the bus.
