Bus pick up was at 1:00 and then 30 minutes delay due to operational failure then again 30 minutes then again. The bus came at 2:30-2:40 for pick up. And now this was my 3-4th bad experience. Now onwards a big no.

Your person did not intimate boarding point report and your person was not in the bus also he escaped. I did not travel in your bus, I really traveled in another bus. Person not good how to talk to customer.

Bus was more than an hour late, and they were switching live location on and off, which made it really hard for me to follow. The message for the delay of the bus was also a few minutes later than the arrival time, which they delayed twice.

I want to clarify that the bus itself was excellent—it was clean, the travel experience was very comfortable, and I would happily give the bus service a full 5-star rating. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service provider service and the massive inconvenience caused before boarding. Financial loss & stress: because of this misinformation, I had to hire an auto-rickshaw to search for the bus, wasting ₹xxx on extra fares and causing unnecessary frustration. Missing driver contact: I never received the driver's phone number or contact details via message after booking, making it even harder to coordinate.
