The overall journey was smooth and comfortable. The bus departed and arrived exactly on schedule, and the seats were well-cushioned with ample legroom for a long trip. The driver maintained a safe speed throughout the night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the bus stopped at a very good and hygienic restroom facility overnight.

The staff’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. My co-passenger was only 5 minutes late, but the staff member behaved very badly with them. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes inside the bus, which made the journey uncomfortable. Moreover, the driving was extremely poor. I am very disappointed with this experience and expect better staff behaviour and cleanliness in the future. Thank you.

We were shifted to another bus unnecessarily during the trip and it was very difficult for us having a child with us. They have done this to cut their cost of transportation because both of their buses are going to same route with fewer travellers after a specific dropping point.
