Extremely disappointing experience from Pune to Ahmedabad. The bus arrived 2.5 hours late, the AC was not working throughout the journey despite paying for an AC sleeper, and the charging points were non-functional. The driver and staff were extremely rude, and people were travelling without tickets for short distances. Such poor service and unprofessional behaviour are completely unacceptable. Management needs to take responsibility and improve immediately. Would not recommend.

It was a terrible experience; first, they changed the bus timing and asked me to arrive three hours early, only to then say that the bus would arrive at the original time.
