Not picked from boarding point. Dropped the trip by operator in middle at Selam by saying no major head counts to go Bhavani. So we dropped at Selam whereas ticket booked for Bhavani. Operator paid 300 rupees and asked to pick the government bus to go Bhavani from Selam. Bus not started at respective boarding point and started with huge delay.

This trip was the worst trip I ever had. I was supposed to reach my drop point at 6:45, but it got delayed and I reached my drop point at 12:00. 1 or 2 hours delay is acceptable, but this is unacceptable. I couldn't attend an important event because of this journey. Kindly, if the travel owner sees this comment, take action for this kind of service.

This bus did not even deserve one star rating. It was a very old bus in a poor condition which should not be operated for people safety. Though it was a three day long weekend there was not much traffic. Bus picked up at the mentioned time in Chennai but reached Erode next day noon 1 PM only because it operated at 15 km/h speed in highway. The real travel experience. I wondered how allowed such a fraud bus to operate. Whole night it did not even stop at rest stop. Morning only it stopped. I paid XXXX for the upper row seat. You could not close the AC vent near your legs. Why the hell scamming people with a bus which was not in operating condition. Without real traffic, we were dropped in Erode at noon 1 PM instead of morning 6:30 AM I doubt even the bus might have bribed TN government in FC check.

Very worst service. Bus was 2 hrs late and reached destination delayed by 4 hrs. Worst response from driver and worst bus condition. The AC suddenly stopped working in the back seats.

It takes almost 14 hrs from 00.00 hrs to noon 13.20 hrs to reach my hometown Madurai. Seriously don't prefer this bus. Half a day was wasted because of booking this bus. Poor punctuality and hugely disappointed.
