Poorly maintained bus, breakdown mid-journey, 5–6 hours of delay, false promises, zero responsibility, and extremely rude staff. MRM Travels has no respect for passengers' time or comfort. Pathetic service. Never ever travel with this bus.

My experience with MRM Travels was absolutely terrible. The bus departed 1.5 hours late and arrived 2.5 hours behind schedule. The staff’s behaviour was highly unprofessional, with little concern for passengers. There was no proper dinner break or washroom break, and the vehicle broke down near Hyderabad. Shockingly, the entire bus was operated by just one driver, raising serious safety concerns. MRM Travels needs to improve punctuality, staff behaviour, passenger facilities, and safety standards. Highly disappointing experience.

The bus was in worst condition. In between the AC stopped working. Midnight we were asked to change bus also. Worst experience.
