Time over delay. I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding my recent bus booking. The bus arrived more than 2 hours late from the scheduled departure time, causing severe inconvenience and delay in my plans. Such unpunctuality and lack of proper service communication are completely unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into this issue immediately, explain the reason for this delay, and provide a suitable resolution for the inconvenience caused.

Don't book this bus service, if you're thinking about booking right now, stop. I booked a trip from Chennai to Thrissur, and yes the bus was 2 hour late to start from Chennai. And the bus broke down in Coimbatore. The driver told us it wouldn't start again. Just imagine how frustrating that was. And this is not a first time just check other comments. And if you are still planning to go then you will learn a lesson anyway. All the best.
