There was no additional staff to help the driver and guide passengers to deboard and pick up the luggage. The driver was not ready to wait 5 minutes until the passengers woke up and got down from the sleeping bed. He did not inform about the arriving station earlier to wake up passengers. At 4:30 AM, everyone would be asleep. Even he did not get out from his seat or was ready to help passengers with picking up the luggage. When we asked him, he rudely said, I have not put your luggage, so you go and pick it. Was this the behavior of a professional travel agency? Even with the low rating noticed before booking, I did it confidentially for booking without other options.

Initially the bus was delayed by 1 hour, later at night got breakdown, and shifted to other bus. Actually the bus destination reach time is 8.00 am but I have reached at 11.30 am. Very poor.
