The driver behaviour was terrible. Also, in the app it shows the destination was Guntur bus stop, but the driver asked me to get down in the middle of the Chennai highway at night, and the bus station was very far from there, approximately 14 km. Also, the bus starting time was not accurate; in the app they mentioned 3:30, but he asked me to be there at 2:50. He didn't even mention the reason; instead, he warned that if you don't come, the bus will leave. The staff behaviour was very rude. He said we were some free passengers and treated us rudely. Also, the washroom stoppage was almost after 6 hours of the journey, causing me and other passengers a lot of trouble holding pee. The communication was horrible; they did not even inform about timings, their phone was not working properly, and they spoke Tamil and not English. Maybe they expect everyone to learn Tamil and speak with them. Never going to travel on this bus again.

Not good this bus.

Very very very worst travel I had done in my life. Charging ports were not working. Seats did not fold back. Highlight was the driver told us to get down in Perungalathur. I booked till Tambaram. After several fights, only he dropped us in Tambaram. Hereafter, I never ever booked a bus.

The bus was scheduled to drop me off at 4:30 am, but I arrived only at 7:30 am, causing a delay of 3 hours. The driving was also poor, with rough gear shifts and an uncomfortable travel experience. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and expect better punctuality and driving quality in the future.
