Bus broke down midway and we remained stranded for 1.5 hours. Then a bus was provided without a seat.

I was a bit late. I agree it was my mistake. I was stuck in traffic because of some riots on the road. I asked the conductor to wait for me, but he just left me on the road with no choice. It was very important for me to reach the destination, but he just left, which I think is the worst staff behaviour I have ever experienced.

Bus is not clean, there is no suspension, and the bus body and engine are making so much noise. Moreover, it is not punctual.
