1. The bus operator informed me just 30 minutes before departure which is 1:30 pm from Durg that I had to board from Raipur instead of Durg, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. 2. The drop-off was not at the Hazaribagh new bus stand as mentioned in the ticket, passengers were left at the Hazaribagh bypass instead. 3. The bus was delayed by one hour. While manageable, punctuality can certainly be improved.

The only problem is the charging ports as they aren’t working and we paid the full price for all the amenities. Please try to fix them as they are important for a 12-13hrs journey.
