Bus was 1 hour 45 min late for my destination and rest stop was barely there. Not even a 10 min stop for restroom.

Staff did not tell us to descend at the destination. We lost money and time and were harassed. We descended at Baikunthpur instead of Chirimiri, and no convenience was available before 11 AM.

Bus and staff are very good. Bus quality was good but has some uncertainties. Charging socket was not okay. Seat quality was not good enough and mattress was not available.
