640am is the drop time mentioned. Actually dropped at 930am. Total travel time 11hrs 30min. Driver does not know the route; instead of going on the bypass, he took a different route. People going to office, do not choose this bus. I will not choose this bus again.

If tracking is not there then you guys kindly do not permit travel in that bus. If tracking is not there to avoid the toll gate, they are going inside the village to avoid the toll gate. In the bus, water is dripping from the roof. Worst experience.

No punctuality our dropping timing was 5.15Am in silk board but they have dropped us at 6.30am it very bad and from yesterday night no live tracking and no boarding points details is shown very worst experience I will never refer this bus to anyone

Seat/bed is very small (in height) and no bag stand, small size bed need to keep the bag on the bed, it is so uncomfortable. My suggestion is to install a bag holder.
