Dear Sir, I would like to share my feedback regarding the behaviour of your drivers, Subhuraj and Sakthi. The bus and AC compartment were very good, and I appreciate the quality of the travel facilities. However, I was extremely disappointed with the way the drivers spoke to and treated customers. Their communication and attitude were unacceptable. As paying customers, we deserve basic respect, polite communication, and proper responses. Customers should never feel as though they are being treated like slaves. Drivers should understand how to handle passengers professionally and treat everyone in a friendly and respectful manner. I kindly request you to take this feedback seriously and counsel the drivers to improve their behaviour. Please ensure that this kind of experience is not repeated in the future. The bus facilities are good, but customer service is equally important. If this continues, I will be reluctant to travel with Lion Travels again or recommend your service to others. I hope you will take the necessary action to improve customer satisfaction. Thank you.
