First of all, booked premium but the given seater bus showed the bus was not in good condition. After that, they changed the bus two times from Thrissur to another.

The journey was good. I was sitting at the back of the bus by the window. Sometimes the AC was not cooling well, but the bus was clean and the staff was also good. I give 9/10.

Very bad behavior. Staff passed wrong information. It was a waste of time. I would never book this bus.
