It takes almost 5 hrs to reach Palakkad, started delayed by 15 mins. I wonder, knowing the peak hours, how this premium superfast opted for a busy route. Speed was very not good. I got a back seat which was not so comfortable. Overall, very bad experience I had. Not value for the money I spent for this journey.
