Ac cooling not sufficient, 50 mins delay. Foul smell inside the bus sometimes.

On time departure was getting delayed.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely poor service provided during our recent journey. We had booked tickets from Tiruchendur to Coimbatore, Thudiyalur. As per the booking, our designated drop-off location was Thudiyalur. However, the driver and staff dropped us off far before our actual destination. When we questioned them, they simply gave an excuse stating that they needed to refill diesel and asked us to get down there. They also falsely claimed that our drop-off point was just 500 meters away. We explained our situation to the driver, that it was early morning around 6:00 AM and we were travelling with a small child, making it extremely difficult for us to walk or manage on our own. We requested them to drop us at the promised destination point as per the booking terms. However, they paid no attention to our request, repeatedly gave the same excuse about filling diesel, and behaved very aggressively towards us. Left with no other option, we had to get off the bus. To our shock, we realized that the drop-off point was not half a kilometer away as claimed, but nearly 2.5 kilometers away from our booked destination. Consequently, we were forced to book a separate cab, spend extra money, and undergo immense physical and mental stress with our child to reach our destination. If a passenger booked a ticket to a specific destination, it was the fundamental responsibility of the travel service to drop them at that exact location. Dropping passengers off halfway for the staff convenience was completely unacceptable and a violation of service commitments. This was a very painful and worst experience for our family. I requested you to take strict action against the driver and staff involved, and address this issue seriously. I also expected a proper resolution for the inconvenience and additional expenditure caused to us.

KNT Travel is not punctual at all. The bus was scheduled to arrive at my boarding point at 12:00 midnight, but it arrived only at 1:00 AM. As a woman travelling alone, how long am I supposed to stand on a bypass road in the middle of the night? Is this safe for women passengers? The company should understand the safety concerns of female travellers and ensure that buses arrive on time. Very disappointing service and a complete lack of punctuality.One more thing, On top of that, the AC is not working properly, making it extremely difficult to breathe inside the bus.
