I have been a regular customer of the bus for quiet some time. They have this unusual regular behavior of shifting ppl from bus to another useless kms travels 30 kms prior to Bangalore. They wake all up n shift to the other bus only to find that you don't have the desired seat you booked with your hard earned money. They left me hanging in other bus with child. Worst.
