Bus stopped at 11.30 at a place where the restroom doors did not have locks. After that, the bus did not stop anywhere for a toilet break even after requesting many times. So we, without any choice left, had to deboard earlier than our stop.

Though the bus reached Guruvayur 1 hour 40 minutes late, it was not due to the pilot. The management of traffic in Bangalore was really poor. Full marks to the service.
