Promised stop was Amreli bus stand, but driver dropped passenger outside Amreli at Bypass road. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, deboarding a female passenger outside city at an undesignated stop, which can be risky and unsafe. Bus reached pickup 1.25 hours late than booking time, the booking office and driver were very casual about it. One wheel got punctured mid-way and the bus wasn’t carrying a spare wheel, so it further worsened issues and made this one of the worst journeys ever experienced.
