delayed arrival at destination. missed flight. the bus was having lot of unauthorised passengers and stopped frequently for dropping those passengers which caused delayed arrival at destination.

very bad service.. I was suffering from fever I asked them for basic bedsheet or blanket they refused and when I told them I am suffering from fever owner said non ac me chale ja... basic humanity is missing
