No blanket was provided. The rest stop food was expensive, and the worst part was that multiple people were onboarded and they were allowed to sleep in the walkway/aisle. It literally gave the vibe of jam-packed local trains.

No proper response after complaint also . in bus three times informed about someone is smoking inside bus. but no action. and also allowed more passengers than seating capacity. toilet can't use by women passengers totally mess and dirty dripping . no love tracking no proper restaurant to eat and rest room use for almost 17.30 hours journey. like a horse ride by bumpy bumpy bus ride ..very worst bus to choose and app complaint also no response .

No blankets or water bottles were provided, and the AC was running at high speed with no controls to adjust or switch it off. The dinner stop was around 11 pm, with barely two dishes available. The bus was unhygienic, and some passengers were smoking inside with absolutely no intervention from the staff. To make things worse, extra passengers were taken in and mattresses were placed in the passage, making the bus dangerously congested and extremely uncomfortable. Poor hygiene, zero passenger comfort, overcrowding, and completely irresponsible staff. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The service seriously needs to improve and take passenger comfort seriously. Highly disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

worst experience ever. the bus was 3 hours late and the driver dropped me 19km before my destination. A complete fuck-all experience.

The travels broke down at 11.30 pm and was in that state till 8 AM of next morning. I was stuck at outskirts of Hyderabad nearly 40 km from city for almost 8 hours. My whole supposed time travel was 5 hours. They did not even arrange alternate travels. I am forced to skip my working office day due to this. I want my full refund. Very bad experience.

Excellent and iconic service. I travelled in Ashok Leyland Multiaxle AC Sleeper bus. That was an awesome experience. Extremely comfortable. Highly recommending.
