Ac was not giving proper cooling. Staff is not allowing to sit in bus even before 10 min of departure time of bus as bus was not pre cooled with ac. We have to stand in sunlight. After getting entry in bus at the time of departure the temperature of the bus was so high up to 30 mins.

Very disappointing experience. The bus quality was extremely poor and uncomfortable. We paid a good amount, but the service was nowhere near the expectations. Big name, poor service perfectly suits this bus operator. The bus condition was bad, cleanliness was poor, and passengers faced a lot of inconvenience during the journey. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
