Very Poor Experience – Unpunctual Service The bus service was extremely disappointing, especially regarding time punctuality. The bus was delayed by almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, due to which I missed my scheduled interview. This caused me significant stress and affected an important opportunity in my career. Punctuality is one of the most important responsibilities of a bus service, and such a major delay is completely unacceptable. The overall experience was very frustrating. The cleanliness of the bus and the behavior of the staff should also meet proper service standards. Passengers depend on the bus service to reach their destinations on time, and such delays can seriously affect their personal and professional commitments. I strongly request the management to improve time management, maintain proper cleanliness, and ensure better staff behavior. I am extremely disappointed with this service and expect the management to take this issue seriously to prevent such incidents in the future.
