the bus was 2 hrs late and the driver asked to board from the point that was not even mentioned on the route just for his convenience, worst experience.

Hard braking can be avoided wherever possible, got head collisions inside my compartment because of frequent hard braking, driving can be improved. Bumpy ride. Otherwise it is a good bus, seat cleanliness is good, punctuality is good, staff behaviour also good, that's why giving 4 stars. 1 star cut for driving.

Bus driving was very rough, very speedy and sudden brakes because of high speed. Sudden brakes because of close collisions. Driving very dangerous in the night. Keep extra water for washroom or at least can be filled in the petrol pumps.
