My journey with Capital holidays was very disappointing. First of all, the bus didn't arrive on boarding time and departure was 2:30 hours late. Bus condition was very poor, all the seats were broken and recliner was not working too.

Worst bus service I’ve ever experienced. The bus was late for hours, seats were dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff behaved very rudely with passengers. The AC barely worked, there was no proper communication about delays, and the driver was driving recklessly at times. Completely unprofessional management and a total waste of money. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
