Very bad experience. The bus was 5 hours late. On top of that, before reaching my dropping point, they again stopped saying fuel was over. Had to take a cab to cover the rest of the distance.

Basically travel in Benaka is cost effective, clean, and safe because speed limits to 70-80 kmph, which indicates that safety is more important in driver perspective. Even drivers and helpers are more supporting. I am happy to travel in Benaka.

No worth going in this bus, firstly it's very expensive and there is no service like the ticket price they took off season. Late, very late bus, they didn't even start on time. Literally they stopped the bus for someone who was very late and no, it's not for humanity, but for money. After they both boarded the bus, the conductor asked 1k extra for this and they didn't convey this message to them, what a fraud way to ask money and those passengers were not even in a hurry or emergency to board this only bus. If he would have done it for humanity, still I would have considered this as a point against the punctuality but nope, worst they did, as they didn't even inform them. They will be charging extra money. We are already 4 hours late, not sure when we will reach. Worst experience, also expense to this plan was this bus.
