Worst travel experience – highly disappointed with the service. After booking the bus, I received the driver’s contact number via SMS. I immediately called the driver and informed him that my mobile network was having issues. I asked whether the bus would arrive on time, and he assured me that it would. We were travelling with our small baby and waited at the pickup point from 12:00 am. However, the bus arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late, at 1:15 am. When I asked the driver why the bus was late, he responded very rudely, saying that there had been a problem due to the rain and that I could do whatever I wanted. He even said, “Do whatever you want, post a complaint on the booking website, or file a police complaint.” His behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He was not only rude to me but also spoke harshly to other passengers who questioned him about the delay. We were travelling with a small baby in the middle of the night, and the long wait caused us a lot of inconvenience. Instead of apologizing for the delay, the driver behaved arrogantly and showed no concern for the passengers. Overall, this was the worst travel experience I have ever had. I strongly request the bus operator and booking platform to take appropriate action against this driver and ensure that such behavior is not repeated with other passengers.

In Tiruvannamalai they stopped at petrol bunk for no reason for almost half an hour then in allocated bus stop in Tiruvannamalai again they stopped for half an hour for dinner.

Bus did not wait at my boarding point. I was not able to get on the bus. They called me at 1:30 am and informed me they had left. The bus timing is 12:25 am.

Booking time is different, live tracking different. When I asked driver, he said if you want come, otherwise they cancel the ticket in polite behavior.

Such an amazing experience! Waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes, getting drenched in the rain while waiting for a bus that showed up whenever it felt like and missing out on things because apparently booking a bus for a specific time means absolutely nothing. Loved every second of it! Truly appreciate the effort put into making sure the journey was as memorable as possible. Would definitely love to go through this again.
