Very bad experience because the Balaji Travel is not clearing RTO problems. My trip to Mysuru was very bad. I had an exam at 9.00 am and the bus departed at 6.00 am instead of 3.50 am and arrived at 10.00 am instead of 7.15 am. I could not write my exam because of the bus problem.

Staff are very rude and not responding to anything. From 8:50 pm to next day morning till 7 am, they didn't stop anywhere for washroom or anything. Even passengers kept asking them to stop but they didn't stop anywhere. Even kids are struggling. Whenever the bus driver wanted to buy cigarettes and other stuff, they stopped. Worst experience.

Driving was not at all good, I felt like traveling in roller coaster, if anyone wants to travel in this bus please do on your own risk.

I am disappointed with the service provided during my bus journey, as blankets, bed covers, and pillows were not available on the berths. These are basic passenger amenities and should be provided as expected. I request you to address this issue and ensure better service for passengers in the future.
