Everything is superb: AC cooling, berth comfort, after tuty and Mdu bus sensor problem 2 hrs stopped but dropping point 1 hr delay only, staff responded like friendly.

The staffs were from some other planet. The attender who was there to assist me was too awkward. He doesn't know any common sense. I was standing down inside the bus near my berth, he just came and started seeing my berth where my family were on the berth. He could have asked me. So disappointed and disrespectful.

Positive: Bus timing was perfect. Driving was also good. Restroom stop time: 11:45 pm and 5:05 am. Negative: Live tracking feature was missing.
