Seat was very small and uncomfortable. very old bus. bedcover was torn. they didn't even give blanket also. Other busses give that. climbing to birth was also very difficult. the stair for climbing is not at right place. but reached 2 hours late also.

Bus was not working properly. We were left near Purina and are now being sent in another seater bus, not the sleeper one we had paid for. Also, it was too late; it reached Purina at 9 and was going to reach Siliguri by 12.30 pm or 1 pm.

I travelled from Ranchi to Siliguri yesterday, and my overall experience was excellent. The bus was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional, and their behaviour was really impressive.

The parameters vary from bus to bus. But most of them are safe for girls, staff are good as well. But the issue is that the live tracker never works, kindly fix that. Some of the dhaba stoppages are a little more expensive than usual, they even charge more for chips or other packaged foods. The toilet flush never worked on any bus I had travelled. Again, comfort varies bus to bus and even seat to sleeper.
