Worst travel experience ever. The bus was extremely late and did not arrive at the designated boarding point. Instead, I was asked to come to the travel office, causing unnecessary inconvenience. No basic amenities were provided—no blanket, no pillow, and no drinking water. The bus speed was very slow, resulting in a huge delay. I was supposed to reach my destination by 3:00 pm, but the bus dropped me off at around 10:00 pm, wasting an entire day. The service was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this operator to anyone and expect significant improvements in punctuality, passenger comfort, and customer service.

Don’t book the ticket. This is a very bad bus. It was nine hours late. The AC was also not working the entire way. This is a very bad bus.
