The bus, although picked us up at the right time, got delayed by more than 1.30 hrs while dropping us. They kept trying to stop everywhere, asking travellers outside if they would like to get dropped in Tindivanam, Pondy just like local government MTC buses, and they picked in passengers too. Due to this behaviour, our whole journey got delayed.

AC cooling is not sufficient. There are no centralized ACs. While traveling, we have faced lots of sudden breaks. Bus condition looks cool, but we can feel the vibration even on the concrete highway and regular highways too. In between pickup points, the bus stopped around 30 mins. Lots of discomfort. Also got delayed to reach our destination.

Worst cleaning, worst maintenance, worst seating, no AC, no fan, total zero. Start my trip, end my trip without AC. Go to throw the bus to scrap.
