It was most horrifying travel in recent past. the bus started in time, but came near a toll naka and stopped for 2 hrs. when we asked why the bus was stopped to our horror, we got to know the 2 nd driver was missing and none of the staff was aware what he is coming back. the conductor was so rude, he started abusing passengers. after 2 hrs the driver came back and bus started the journey. the bus stopped for dinner at 2 am. imagine the plight of the passengers, having forced to have dinner at 2 am. then next surprise was leaking AC. the AC was so cold that water started leaking from it. when we asked for the blanket, we were told to buy it. that's ok. we would buy it but no bill was given. when I asked him the bill, conductor told us that we speak too much and he will unload us then and there itself. then we had to shut our mouth.
this is how Paulo operate. if any body takes this feedback seriously its good for Paulo. if this is some drama, god help you.
