When one books an AC Volvo bus, you expect to have a little better travel experience than a normal bus. However, this bus did not even have seat covers, blankets or provide water. The bus journey was very slow and we reached a couple of hours late to the destination

Bus was very late. After a few hours it gets really stuffed inside the bus. Ventilation was poor. Even the route it takes is a long one and winding producing nausea

Firstly bus was 45 min late then the mentioned pickup time. Then no where its mentioned that bus takes Pune Kolhapur road and goes through Gagan Bavda. Places where it stops on the way have filthy toilets. It mentions 10:30 as arrival at Mapusa, but it reaches post 12:00. Would not consider this bus next time except for the low price.
