Please do not take this bus. It acts as a local bus that stops every two minutes to pick up people. It wont drop you to Ajmer but a bypass where touts are waiting to scam you. Avoid !
Bus no-1671.travelled from jaipur to ajmer.Very Poor condition of bus. Paid 500 each . Was not even worth Rs70.asked to put luggage under lower sleeper. Uncouth passengers. rather than that bus. Sorry but true.
Worst travel experience in my life with Pavan Hans travel. No punctuality, someone else is sitting on the reserved seat number, conductor behavior is not good and was giving some bullshit answers on the questions asked and bus quality is worst..
This was the worst experiece i have had with travel via Redbus. The "Shiv Shankar Travels" associated with you is the most ridiculous, bastard fucking asshole (NOT SORRY FOR THE LANGUAGE BECAUSE IT IS REFLECTING THE EXACT FEELING I HAD). The bus operator gave following reasons for this horrible review: (i) I did not get the bus which i was supposed to get. Booked a bus supposed to leave at 7.30 AM and after reaching the boarding point came to know that the bust is cancelled and the next bus will come at 8.15 so with my luggage and my family i had to wait in a middle of boarding point early in the morning. The operator does not even have courtesy to inform that the bus was cancelled. (ii) Started fighting with me once i asked for either a refund since he had not informed me about the cancellation of my scheduled bus and also abused me. (iii) WAs assigned seat at the time of booking through Redbus. When i showed the message and asked for sitting on the allocated seat, I was ridiculed by the manager of the bus operator along with his driver and conductor. Also he was just interesed in looking the PNR number and not the seat no. I had to sit in the last few seats after a lot of argument. I had elders with me who faced problems in the journey because of such idiots hired by you as your prestigious partners. Apart from the above reasons of the bus operator there is also reason for me to be pissed off with Redbus. I come to Redbus becasue i trust that you find the right vendors and the tickets available at your portal are at the best available price. But that was not the case in this travel of mine. I atleast expected a fair price if not the best price. I was charged double the movey what is required to travel in the same bus at that time. I was charged 300 instead of 150 and that too for sitting in the worst bus on the worst seats. I seriously had lot of trust in you but not so anymore. I will have to think twice before booking from Redbus. I also know that no action will be taken after this mail but still it is my duty that other passengers should not face such problems from fucking cheater travel partners of yours.
