Hard to find bus stop - no office open for cheak in as indicated on the booking. Bus was however punctual and clean.the bus was a bit old and door to bed wouldnt stay closed.
The travel through Hans Travels was very risky and lazy because the starting time of the bus was 7:15PM and arrival at Agra was 01.15AM while the bus started at 8PM and arrived Agra at 1:50AM. As my train to Hyderabad was scheduled to left 2AM. The bus dropped me 4 km away from the Agra Cantt from where I have to rush the railway station by auto and reached there 2 minutes before the train was leaving. There may have been many passengers in the bus who might have missed the train. This kind of laziness is not favorable for the passengers and the company. The time should be followed punctually.
Typical non-AC sleeper bus. The seats were dusty. The quality of the bus was really not good. As we arrived our seats were taken already and we had to change seats twice which was annoying. Cannot recommend this!
Punctuality is the main concerned. It should be reached on 9:30 PM But It Reached at 12:00 A.M. We suffered a lot due to this.
