The bus was good. We booked it last time for around 900. This time opted for redbus and got it for cheaper.
Everything was fine except bus seats condition. Some seats were automatically getting bent and the seats were like they have not got a wash from 3 months.
The bus was very comfy and comfortable, the staff isnt trained well to show proper conduct to the passengers though. Especially the conductor was very rude. If the bus is coming to the dharamsala stop, the passengers need some minutes to be ready and get off the bus as it was an 11 hour journey, they cannnotjust get up and go within a minute. So the journey was ruined at that last moment as the conductor got furious as why we were not hurrying up.the staff was rude and impolite. Thankyou.
