Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to travel in this service. The hygiene and cleanliness were absolutely terrible. The seats were filthy, broken, and smelled disgusting. It felt like the vehicle had not been cleaned or maintained for years. The entire vehicle looked extremely old, and every part of it was making loud noises throughout the journey. The only good part of the experience was the staff behaviour. The staff members were very polite, helpful, and caring, which was the only positive thing about this journey.

No blanket and pillow were provided. Also, bus seats were broken and too dirty. The bus was not the same as the picture provided. I am not satisfied and the bus dropped with a one-hour delay.
