While I booking the ticket, It was mentioned that actual boarding point is villupuram but when i contact the Parveen Travel person, saying that I should be waiting at Annamalai Hotel, Chennai NH Road. I was totally disappointed because it was located 10 KM faraway from the Villupuram Bus station. Boarding point should be nearby to the bus station otherwise at least you should intimate while I booking. And also my departure time is 11 15 PM but they have pick up me at 12 15 PM. That boarding place they have arranged me is totally worse. They not even allow me to sit inside the waiting hall. Only thing I feel better is Bus quality, They are maintaining good.
Travel was good except so much delay in bus arrival. Bus suppose to arrive in villupuram at 11:15PM as per the timing mentioned in site. But bus actually arrived at 12:20AM, also travel agency told this is our regular time.
