This is the first time, I am giving a negative feedback to Praveen travels. The bording point was out of the town and in Higway, moreover the bus timing was 11.55PM, I have called several persons on 12.30 AM, No one responded and I contacted Res Bus customer care and he told me that wait for another half an hour. But the bus was reached the boarding point at 2 AM. Half and hour to one hr is ok might be due to some traffic. But even no one informed anything tmregarding the same. Worst customer care by Parveen Travels and I had a worst travel experience first time from Pareen. Dear Red Bus, U just act as a Booking platform only not involved in the whole process. Try to involve all aspects and respond to the customer feedbacks. Better I would choose Govt buses at least for these kind of travels.
Can be clean and better for the price we paid.
Very late...... They said boading on 11.55pm @villupuram but the bus came at only 1.50am in the morning
Three hours late, boarding time is 11.45 PM but bus came at 2.00 AM, I cant cancel the ticket, really a worst experience, Rs.813 loss for me. Before you booking a ticket please speak with the bus operator about bus timing.
