I was traveling from Villupuram to Coimbatore on 15.02.2016 by KPN travels. The reporting time mentioned is 10.30PM and departure time mentioned is 10.45PM. But the bus arrived at Villupuram only at 11.35PM. Also the landmark mentioned as R K Plaza is not correct. I was waiting there for more than 1 hour during night time tolerating the mosquitoes. The waiting room and the chairs were too dirty. when I asked about the delay they replied that the bus would come soon. The same problem had been reported by my parents every time when they traveled to Coimbatore either from Villupuram or Panruti. Now my question is the delay may be accepted in extreme situations. If it is a regular practice then am I have to go Consumer Court to solve the issue?
