We were standing in road,no place to sit.When I called the contact number mentioned in the ticket,7598331002, he dint respond properly, He said ,"You booked ticket in red bus so for that and all I cant respond you". Bus was 45 minutes late. Worst ever journey in my life. I know the quality of red bus, But I was shocked that red bus travels behaving this rude.
I travelled by Hindustan travels bus from villupuram to coimbatre. bus schedule is 10.45 pm. But it came at 11.30 pm. While asking about the boarding place, the agent at villupuram told to come by 10.30 in front of appollo pharmacy near new bus stand. I came at 10.20 pm and there is no sign of agent or his office. I had enquired in appolloo pharmacy and they told that regularly that bus comes after 11.15 pm only. If you book your ticket thro online to travel from villupuram, this operators agent will not answer you properly. I give you the exact words what he replied me on 11th night 11.30 pm over phone. "myself: Sir I have booked 2 tickets in Hindustan from villupuram to cbe. Departure time is 10.45 pm. Now the time is 11.30 pm. But bus has not come so far ?. Agent: Whether KPN bus has gone? After KPN only it will come. Myself: Now the time is 11.30 pm and we are waiting in the road without any facilities. There is no sign of bus. Agent: You booked the ticket thro online. The bus will come". So while booking the tickets from villupuram thro online everyone should take more care.
