Vijayawada is one of the biggest cities of Andhra Pradesh. Located atop the Krishna delta, the city lies between River Budameru on the north and the Indrakiladri Hills on the west. The meaning of the word Vijayawada is – ‘The Place of Victory’. It is said that the city was named Vijayawada when Lord Shiva blessed Arjuna on the Indrakiladri Hills. Another version is that the city got the name as Goddess Durga killed a demon she became ‘Vijaya’ (victorious) and the place where she rested became ‘Vijayawada’. Vijayawada is an ancient city and was ruled by kings like Madhava Varma, Chalukyas and Krishna Deva Raya among others. Vijayawada is now a well-developed trade centre of the state. It is well connected with other parts of the state by means of roadways and railways. Several bus services are available to various cities like Hyderabad, Secundarabad, Chennai, Pune, Vizag, and Bangalore among others.
Mumbai, earlier known as Bombay, is the capital of the State of Maharashtra. Since most of the countries big financial institutions (like RBI, Stock Exchange and so on) is located it Mumbai, it is also considered as the financial capital of India. Mumbai is one of the most crowded cities of the country as well as the world. It ranks fifth in the list of the most densely populated cities of the world. Nonetheless, Mumbai welcomes people from all walks of life irrespective of their backgrounds. The British developed what was a cluster of seven islands into the bustling city called Mumbai. It was also under the British rule that the place attained importance and further developed into a major financial and commercial hub of the country. Now, Mumbai is often called the City that never sleeps, owing to the commercial and financial activities that the city witnesses even during the night times.
over all it was good
Journey was very comfortable ,smooth and pleasant
Try to arrive correct time at pickup point. Thats it other than that everything is superb
Bus quality, punctuality and rest is great. I opt this bus for these reasons. The only concern is that, refueling bus diesel tank everyday from 07:00 AM till 07:25 AM in Pune is making considerable difference to reach office at-least by 1 hour especially in the highly traffic city like Mumbai. I still dont understand why this is in place that will directly impact reaching time. Request you to check and remove this break that will help us to reach earlier to offices. Thanks, Shyam
