Seabird has a hopeless and most disgusting staff ever. They are really careless and not at all punctual. I almost lodged a police complaint when i was left stranded for an hour in Banglore at night 1:00 am. I am a undergrad and we all student form a major part of your userbase and simple word plof mouth is enough to defame redbus in the student community. Redbus should really investigate the companies it deals with and what kind of treatment they provide to the people. It wont be long when these companies like seabird will soon take a toll on redbus reputation. Also i expect my refund fpr 18th Jan to the earliest.
