I am strongly against anyone to book tickets from mysore to vellore or vice versa, first because journey was split into two parts with change of bus at bangalore in my to and fro journeys both !! because of which stopping for dinner was not possible and i had to stay HUNGRY whole night ,second they have not followed time which they promised and bus was delayed by 2 hours in my return journey, third the ph nos which they provide on ticket are all rubbish ,as they are belonging to different different states and when i tried all the numbers during 1 hour before journey time no one was sure where the boarding point was!! and finally i was able to find boarding point and was saved from losing Rs.800 because the bus was late by 2 hours (sarcasm).fourth bus was not having foot rest which and multi axle bus usually has.fifth staff behaviour was rude and drivers phone number is not told at anytime of my journey(in my state buses i will get drivers no in my message inbox 2 hours before journey commences) AS A WHOLE IT WAS VERY BAD JOURNEY EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
Seats were occupied by someone else, luggage got exchanged due to carelessness of staff, thankfully got it after 1 day.
