The bus was rescheduled 3 hours before time and it came 2 hours late. This made the travel a very bad experience.
Good points first: Excellent bus. So the journey was enjoyable. Punctuality: The timing as per the ticket was 3.30pm. Got communication that it has been preponed to 12.30 hrs. Was waiting at Vellore Bye pass for almost 2 hours till 2 pm. Had to phone them every half an hour only to get unsatisfactory answers. The place opposite Golden travels does not have any sitting arrangement, and I had to sit on a chair provided by a good shop owner. At my age of 77 years it was very inconvenient for me to wait for such a long time also remaining hungry during those odd hours! Staff behaviour: Even though the bus came late by 2 hours, the staff concerned impolitely ordered me to board trhe bus fast, as I was struggling to reach the bus with my luggage after climibing on a slope at my age of 77 years! Train them to behave particularly with old passengers.
Booked golden travels bus, came some other bus. Departure time was 12:30pm and started at 13:30 pm
it was a good experience..bus arrived half an hour late tho..and the interior was good.. nothing special..overall good
