i travelled from vapi to banglore on vrl bus,bus arrived 2 hrs late.seats were good bus ac was bad.i have to raise this point that the resturants were these bus stops for break or dinner/lunch is horrible,worst quality food and overcharged. request you to take action on this issue.
My travel wasnt good at all. I had to wait for 2.5 hrs for bus to arrive and I reached destination 5 hrs late. I heard from travels bus usually comes late. Please put time accordingly, so as to benefit our time.
