I booked tickiet for 11 pm neeta travels from valsad to vapi but bus arrive valsat at arround 1 pm..even i didnt get any confirmation call when its arrive at valsad
I have waited for 2 hr at highway, the num mention in the tkt was also switched off, no responsible person was present at the mention address, bus came 2 hrs late that too it seems its daily habit to come at 1.45am instead of 11.30 pm , red bus should block this kind of fraud bus operators. very bad experience.
Pickup time was 11.40 pm but bus arrived at 12.30 am !! 50 minutes late. Only thing liked was AC.
On the ticket issued online, no contact details of the bus driver was mentioned. Bus was delayed by almost 3 hours and I have waited for the bus for these 3 hours (from 11:15 pm to 2:15 am) on the highway!!! No communication about bus delay done by bus agency and they have left me waiting for the bus in night hours. I suggest that Red bus must mention the bus contact details on the ticket itself.
