Bus staff were rude, unnecessarily argued with me & started abusing. Stoppage for dinner & tea was very unhygienic.

Horrible staff, guy wanted chai paani for unloading my luggage, offloaded us on the flyover at vashi instead of under it,plus the unloader is shameless enough to ask for chai paani when it came to unloading trouble,cant SRS afford to pay its employees?
